HOA dues are divided into four installments. Lakewood Hills #1 homeowners must submit payment every quarter to Cardinal Management in January, April, July, and October.
At the start of each year, homeowners are issued voucher booklets from Cardinal Management. Checks sent through the U.S. Postal Service should be accompanied by the corresponding quarterly voucher. Homeowners may also set up automatic payments from their checking accounts.
