*Note: Description should include complete information necessary for the Committee to thoroughly understand anticipated improvement(s) such as: height; width, length, size, shape, color (with paint sample, if possible). Photographs, sketches, brochures, or copies of your plat would be helpful. If alteration(s) affect(s) the existing drainage pattern, the existing and proposed drainage pattern must be included. You must reapply for all work not completed within six (6) months of date of approval. Maximum file upload size is 2 MB.
