Lakewood Hills #1 is a quiet community of 258 townhomes located in Springfield, Virginia. Our homes offer a variety of styles while maintaining a colonial influence. Our community is located next to Huntsman Lake, which provides access to fishing, boating activities, and trails. Other amenities, such as playgrounds and a basketball court, make Lakewood Hills an enjoyable place to live.
Situated near the Fairfax County Parkway, our residents have access to I-395, I-95, as well as public transportation options (VRE, Metro rail/bus, commuter lots).
